I've been trying to make my own sanitizer. There hasn't been any in the shops since all this started. Even the component parts are in short supply. However the last piece came in yesterday, the atomozer/dispenser. It was supposed to be a UK source item but I think it came from China. What a business model first they infect us and then sell us what we need to defend ourselves.
So now I've made my first batch. Looks and feels good. Not a gel, it dispenses well as a fine spray. The recipe is published by the WHO and is easily found with a web search.
