Blog poem

Here's one I just remembered from a few years ago.               

BY SAINT-COSME




There is no breeze between the village where the Romans played
And the chapel where the Christians prayed

Yet a bouquet is borne on the Provencal air…

Before the picking
Without all the fuss of barrel and trade
This year’s vintage is already made
